Some people think that monochrome, or black and white, images are “old hat” and do not give them a second look. I challenge this notion and believe there are elements in black and white that are not evident in colour images. There are many times when a monochrome image looks a lot better than the same image produced in colour. Of course, the opposite can be true as well.
